Strengthen your emotional intelligence!
Better self-awareness leads to better self-management.
To assess your Behavioral Style:
DISC Assessments measure how you approach problems, how you influence others, your preferred pace throughout the day, and how you deal with rules and procedures set by other people. Of the four assessments we use in teaching EQ, DISC Assessments are easiest to learn and the easiest to use for getting started in developing your EQ.
We are a long-standing affiliate of Target Training International (TTI), a world leader in DISC development, and you can choose from multiple versions of the DISC Assessment. Costs vary (depending on the style you choose), and in keeping with TTI’s affiliate agreement, we do not publish our prices. Please call (208) 375-7606 or email us to inquire about getting DISC Assessments for you or your team.
To assess your Cognitive Style:
Our Cognitive Style Indicator ($9.99) measures how you perceive information, how you process information, how you prefer to make decisions, and how you get “re-energized.” Knowing your style equips you to “value the differences” with people who notice and process things differently from you. The assessment takes between 10 – 15 minutes to complete, and your results are sent via email to the address you provide. Take one now
To assess your Natural Motivators:
Our Natural Motivators Assessment ($9.99) measures your innate intellect and natural motivators. Nine different areas are considered, and typically people score fairly strong in two, three, or four of the nine areas, and relatively low in two or three of the areas. Your results will reveal (or confirm) your areas of natural giftings, which are valuable for knowing your strengths and “blindspots.” Learning about Natural Motivators also helps you understand how and why people have interests that are different from yours! The assessment takes between 10 – 15 minutes to complete, and your results are sent via email to the address you provide. Take one now
To assess your Learned Motivators:
The Driving Forces Assessment identifies your learned motivators. These are “hidden” forces that energize you to do what you do, and they were formed early in your life as a result of emotional events (or emotional “imprints.”) Because of this, understanding Driving Forces may be the most powerful tool in your Emotional Intelligence tool bag. When you are aware of them, you can better harness your energy to be more productive, effective, and profitable.
Similar to DISC (above), we license these assessments through Target Training International (TTI), and in keeping with TTI’s affiliate agreement, we do not publish prices for these assessments. Please call (208) 375-7606 or email us to inquire about getting Driving Forces Assessments for you or your team.
